Aluminum Pigment for Balloon

Water-based Aluminum Paste for latex balloons-bright white silver, good hiding power, prevent bubbles from forming in latex , 50 degrees Celsius latex balloon system. It can be stored for up to 10 days after mixing with latex. Water-based Aluminum pigments have excellent reflection effects and can make the balloon material have a strong metallic texture. By mixing with other pigments, aluminum pigments can be used to make balloons with golden, nickel-plated effects, champagne gold and rose gold effects. The main component of aluminum pigment is micron-sized aluminum flakes, the size of the aluminum flakes is 2-100 microns, and the thickness is 7-200 nanometers.

Application Technology

The wall thickness of a fully inflated balloon is usually about 5-20 microns, or even as low as 3 microns, which places extremely high requirements on the existing balloon coloring technology. Because if you want to maintain a strong or saturated balloon color, you need more powerful colorants or add more colorants. Although the colorant used for the balloon has good compatibility with the base material, the addition of a high dose of colorant will increase the production cost of the balloon, on the other hand, adding too high a colorant will hinder the normal production process of the balloon And the main properties of the product, especially the tensile properties of the balloon material.
